  • S2026E40 June Workout (1): Full Body Kettlebell (15 min)

    • June 1, 2026

Here's an outline of our workout: We start off with RDLs which are great for strengthening the legs, and lifting the booty by incorporating the hamstrings. We turn this into a full body combo by adding in front raises to sculpt the shoulders and build lean arms. We then move back to legs with squats which will tone your legs and round the glutes. Keeping with the theme, we make this full body with some overhead presses, working to strengthen the back and build muscle to get rid of stubborn back fat! We work our abs with some marches, these will help use your deep core muscles, improving balance and strengthening the abs. Our last few exercises are single sided, we have SL RDLs which tone and lift the glutes, upright rows to sculpt the shoulders (this combo is ouchhhh) and of course I had to add in some knee drives because they're my latest obsession - the tone the legs, lift the glutes and help improve core stability and balance!

  • S2026E41 June Workout (2): Back & Arms Dumbbell (15 min)

    • June 2, 2026

Welcome to our second June workout, this one is all about toning up the arms and building lean, strong muscle in the back. We're just using a light set of dumbbells today, mine are 2.5kg each, but use a weight that suits you. Just a side note this is probably the most challenging of my June workouts, triceps, biceps, back, shoulders. ON FIRE. Okay lets get into what we're up to today: We start with some bicep work, I love to train biceps as they really do help you to achieve that lean, toned upper body look! We then move into some presses (where the shaking begins), these will help to build strong, rounded shoulders which will then make your arms look even more toned. We then move into some chest and tricep work, which helps create lean, strong arms. We then move into some back work, building lean muscle in the back, which will help target stubborn back fat! We finish off with upright rows and lateral raises to end our workout with the ultimate upper body burn.

  • S2026E42 June Workout (3): Full Body Medicine Ball (15 min)

    • June 3, 2026

We have a new prop joining us today - the medicine ball! These are so versatile, and I don't see many people creating workouts with them, so I thought I'd bring this 9 year old ball out of retirement! This is a full body routine so we'll work on strengthening the legs, toning the abs, lifting the glutes, and sculpting the upper body ???? here's what we've got going on today: We start off with squats to get the lower body fired up, strengthening the legs and glutes, we then move into some presses to work on toning the upper back and arms. Now the full body combos come in, we add in lunges to work on stability whilst also shaping the booty, we then move into some lunge variation to really burn out the glutes and tone the legs. Next, we move into some plank combos to strengthen the arms and core, and work to sculpt the abs. We finish off with some push up variations to end our full body strengthening workout with an ab and arm burn!

  • S2026E43 June Workout (4): Lower Body Kettlebell (15 min)

    • June 4, 2026

Hi guys! Welcome to the fourth June workout, today we are using our kettlebell to tone the legs, lift the glutes and strengthen the entire lower body. This week I was particularly craving some calf work, you know that line you see in peoples calves? That was the mission in this workout, as well as the usual booty lifting and leg toning effect we aim for in our lower body sessions! I decided to go with a heavier kettlebell for lower body (ouch) so I picked up my 8KG one, please use a weight that suits you. In todays workout we start off simple with some narrow squats, focusing on toning the thighs by working the quads, we have a sprinkling of calf work here too. We then move into a single sided lunge and RDL variation series, these exercises are so good for booty growth and toning the legs, our lunges work on stability and all round leg strength, whilst our RDLs more focus on strengthening the hamstrings, what this does is lift the glutes up! We finish off down on the mat.

  • S2026E44 June Workout (5): Abs & Core Pilates X Strength (15 min)

    • June 5, 2026

Welcome to our fifth June workout, today is Pilates x strength focused, so we combine Pilates principles (slow, controlled movements, deep core engagement) with strength training, in today's workout we are just using one dumbbell, mine is 2kg, but choose a weight that suits you! This is a core & abdominal workout so we'll work on strengthening the core, engaging the deep core and toning the abs. We begin today with some simple but effective crunches, these will warm up the core, and start engaging the abs. We then move through some sit ups for total core strength. Things get challenging when we move into c-curves, these work on engaging the deep core, with these we combine oblique work, so this combo works on toning the waistline by incorporating those rotations. I set your obliques on fire as we move into some side plank variations, these are amazing for strengthening the core, and building muscle in the midsection to work on getting rid of stubborn belly fat!

  • S2026E45 June Workout (6): Full Body HIIT (15 min)

    • June 6, 2026

We've come to our last June workout which is this full body HIIT workout using a pair of light dumbbells, mine are 2.5KG each, but choose weights that suit you. This one had my HR at about 140bpm which is super intense for me!! I was sweating, shaking, and regretting my workout plan by the end of it. Not to scare you off... no but really this is a challenging workout that will work on strengthening your core, toning the legs, and sculpting the upper body all whilst keeping the heart rate high to put you in a fat burning zone, but most importantly you will feel great after! We start off with some fast paced squats to strengthen the legs and raise the HR. With this we then add in a step out to plank (we're building the intensity), we then add in a little jump to elevate the HR even more and switch on the fat burning, then we seamlessly add in a pushup which turns this exercise into... burpees, I'm sorry, we give the abs a bit of a break by moving into some lunges to tone the legs.
