The owners of a superb villa have the unpleasant surprise of discovering the body of Lionel, the real estate agent to whom they had entrusted the sale of their property, on their return from the weekend. Called to the scene, Simon and Chloé quickly understand that Lionel was using the villa as a bachelor pad to shelter an adulterous relationship. Suspecting a crime of passion, they find the victim's mistress who explains that she barely knew the deceased, with whom she had established contact via a dating application.
