On the other hand, there are clear indications that Russian forces are adapting, and that these adaptations, though uneven, explain their ability to continue advancing, even if such advances are modest by any metric other than losses taken. In this video, we will highlight the adaptations Russia has undeniably made throughout the war, focusing on the tactical and operational levels and using a consistent structure for every phase.
