第110話 「みやこお姉ちゃんの赤ちゃん」の巻

Maruko’s beloved relative Miyako has had a baby girl. Maruko visits the hospital with Mother and her sister, and comes to understand just how difficult giving birth is. Now that she has become an “older sister” figure herself, Maruko throws herself into the role with gusto—though in truth she’s far more trouble than the newborn baby.

まる子が大好きな親戚のみやこお姉ちゃんに女の子の赤ちゃんが産まれた。まる子はお母さんとお姉ちゃんと一緒に病院にお見舞いに行き、赤ちゃんを産む大変さを実感する。お姉ちゃんになったまる子は、張り切るが、産まれた赤ちゃんより、よっぽど世話のやける存在だった。
