While Serhan and Neslihan are trying to get over the shock of being confronted by doctor Güven, they are drawn into a new vortex when Rüzgar, who is in a terminal condition, is brought to the hospital. Alaz confesses his crime to his father. As Çağla's anger against her brother Yaman grows, the police arrest Yaman for beating Rüzgar.
