The day of the most anticipated festival has arrived, the Flowers Festival. Jasmine has to give a speech at the festival and she is a bit nervous. Before she starts she realizes something is not right… What happened to the water in Glam City? There is no water!!! The Mini Fans have done something and nobody found out. Without water Jasmine can't finish decorating the festival, Fabio can't brush... How they will fix this mess?
Le jour du festival le plus attendu est arrivé, le festival des fleurs. Jasmine doit faire un discours au festival et elle est un peu nerveuse. Avant de commencer, elle se rend compte que quelque chose ne va pas... Qu'est-il arrivé à l'eau de Glam City ? Il n'y a pas d'eau!!! Les Minifans ont fait quelque chose mais personne ne sait quoi.
