ארבעה זמרים מובילים בתעשיית המוזיקה הישראלית, מחפשים אחר הקול הבא שיפיל אותם מהכיסא כשהדגש על איכות הקול וכישרון השירה. ארבעת הזמרים ישמשו במהלך התוכנית כמנטורים. הם ילוו ויחנכו את המתמודדים לקראת כל הופעה ובסופה של התחרות המותחת יוכתר הזוכה הגדול של התוכנית ביחד עם המנטור שליווה אותו לאורך כל התוכנית.
