Ilgaz hastane önünde ölümlü kazanın sıcağı sıcağına tam da göbeğine düşmüştür. Ceylin ise kendisini okul davasında bir kargaşanın içerisinde bulmuştur; çocuklar tek tek hastaneye taşınmaktadır. Her ikisini de adımlarını büyük bilinmezliklere attıkları olaylar beklemektedir. Bir yandan da evlilik yıl dönümleri gelmiş çatmıştır. Ilgaz ve Eren birlikte baktıkları yeni davada somut bir delil peşindedir. Fakat bir türlü gerçeğe ulaşamamaları, “faili meçhul” olarak kapanmak üzere olan bir dosyayı onlara işaret etmektedir. Ceylin tüm olay yüküne rağmen bir yandan da Çınar’a tutuksuz yargılama almak için Yekta ile bir savunma biçimi bulmanın peşindedir. Yekta İclal’in de kabulüyle Bülent Kısmetov ile tehlikeli bir oyun içerisine girer. Ceylin ve Ilgaz’ın baş başa geçirecekleri romantik vakit ilişkilerini daha da perçinlerken; Ilgaz’ı beş gün sonra rehin alacak düşman bir köşede kendi zamanını beklemektedir. Pusudaki bu tehlike hangi davalarından ve nasıl onlara bulaşacak meçhuldür.
Ilgaz is caught in the middle of a fatal accident in front of the hospital. Ceylin, on the other hand, finds herself in the chaos of the school case; children are being transported to the hospital one by one. Events await both of them as they step into great unknowns. On the other hand, their wedding anniversary has arrived. Ilgaz and Eren search for concrete evidence in the new case they are handling together. But their inability to reach the truth points them to a file that is about to be closed as "unsolved." Despite Ceylin's caseload, she is also trying to find a defense with Yekta in order to get Çınar a free trial. With Iclal's agreement, Yekta enters into a dangerous game with Bülent Kısmetov. While Ceylin and Ilgaz's romantic time alone will further cement their relationship, the enemy who will take Ilgaz hostage five days later is waiting for his time. It is unknown which cases and how this lurking danger will infect them.
Episódios 86 (293) ao 89 (296): Ilgaz fica preso no meio de um acidente fatal em frente ao hospital. Ceylin, por outro lado, se vê no caos do caso da escola; as crianças estão sendo levadas ao hospital uma a uma. Eventos aguardam ambos à medida que entram em grandes desconhecidos. Ilgaz e Eren procuram provas concretas no novo caso que estão conduzindo juntos. Mas a incapacidade de chegar à verdade os leva a um arquivo que está prestes a ser encerrado como "não resolvido". Apesar da carga de trabalho de Ceylin, ela também tenta encontrar uma defesa com Yekta para conseguir um julgamento livre para Çınar. Com o acordo de Iclal, Yekta entra em um jogo perigoso com Bülent Kısmetov. Enquanto o tempo romântico a sós de Ceylin e Ilgaz fortalecerá ainda mais o relacionamento deles, o inimigo que fará Ilgaz de refém cinco dias depois está esperando o momento certo. Não se sabe quais casos e de que forma esse perigo à espreita irá afetá-los.
