รักต้องซ่อม เล่าเรื่องราวของ ดิน ช่างซ่อมท่อฝีมือฉกาจแต่ฐานะยากจน ผู้เชื่อมั่นในความถูกต้องและการซ่อมแซมทุกอย่างด้วยหัวใจ เขาต้องเข้าไปพัวพันกับ ญ่า ทายาทเจ้าของอาณาจักร TRT Group ในภารกิจการแข่งขัน "The Next Leader" เพื่อเฟ้นหาผู้บริหารรุ่นใหม่ ดินต้องเผชิญหน้ากับ พงษ์ คู่แข่งที่ใช้เล่ห์เหลี่ยมและเส้นสาย ท่ามกลางแรงกดดัน ดินไม่เพียงแต่ต้องซ่อมระบบท่อที่พังทลาย แต่เขาต้องซ่อมรอยร้าวในใจของญ่า และพิสูจน์ให้ทุกคนเห็นว่า "ผู้นำที่แท้จริง" ไม่ใช่วัดกันที่ตัวเลขกำไร แต่วัดกันที่การไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง
