Kim und Ron gehen auf eine Bösewichter-Messe, um zu gucken, was auf dem Markt los ist. Dabei probiert Drakken einen Helm, der seine positiven von den negativen Energien trennt und ihm nur seine negativen zurückgeben soll. Leider funktioniert das überhaupt nicht, denn Ron funkt dazwischen, und somit hat Ron alle bösen und Drakken alle guten Energien.
When Ron is trying to prove he’s old enough to not be forced to sit at the children’s table at a wedding when he realizes that his evil cousin Sean will be there, he decides to find a date so that it would prove he’s old enough to sit at the more mature tables. However, when both Ron and Kim believe they shouldn’t go together because it would be awkward, Ron decides to try to be a bad boy after he sees an episode of “Agony County” on television because he believes they get all the girls. However, when Kim and Ron go to a villain convention in order to see what is going on, Ron and Drakken inadvertently switch personalities when a machine goes awry, causing Ron to become a maniacal madman and Dr. Drakken to become a kind spirited individual, Kim realizes that a bad Ron may be more than she expected.
Kim e Ron (che ha scoperto che alle ragazze piacciono i cattivi ragazzi e che ha paura di dover fronteggiare il suo perfido cuginetto ad un matrimonio di un parente) si introducono ad una fiera per supercriminali nel tentativo di impedire a Drakken di impossessarsi di un macchinario per aumentare la propria malvagità; durante l'operazione tuttavia qualcosa va storto e il lato cattivo dello scienziato pazzo passa a Ron, che diventa Zorpox il conquistatore (dal personaggio del suo costume) e prende il posto di Drakken al comando di Shego e dell'organizzazione dell'uomo; mentre Drakken, rimasto unicamente con la propria parte buona, diviene il nuovo assistente di Kim. Zorpo si rivela un avversario troppo problematico anche per la ragazza, difatti riesca ad ingannarla ed a costruire due congegni apocalittici con cui tenta di impossessarsi del mondo; per impedirlo Drakken riscambia le loro personalità, riportando la situazione allo stato precedente.
Ron är bjuden på sin kusins bröllop och fruktar att han måste sitta tillsammans med barnen på middagen. Men det skulle han kanske slippa om han hade en date att gå med. Men vem då? Kim är bara hans vän, inte hans flickvän. När Ron ser tv får han en idé. Det verkar som om flickor faller för stygga pojkar. Sagt och gjort – Ron bestämmer sig för att byta stil. Samtidigt är alla superskurkarna i stan för att hålla kongress. Kim och Ron klär ut sig till superskurkar och går dit. På kongressen händer en olycka som gör att Ron byter attityd med Dr. Drakken. Ron blir elak på riktigt och Drakken blir snäll och menlös.
