Nazim (Mohamed Faisal) and his three siblings Haanim (Yoosuf Shafeeu), Azim (Ravee Farooq) and Ganim (Ali Azim) celebrate their mother's (Arifa Ibrahim) birthday along with their father, Haanim's wife Sheeza (Sheela Najeeb) and his son. They are joined by Habeeb and his daughter Minha (Mariyam Azza) whom Azim has a crush on and deals with an emotional abusive marriage. Meanwhile, Akmal (Ibrahim Jihad), cousin of the brothers, on a break from studies spends time enjoying in islands and is attracted towards Shauna (Aminath Rishfa) at first sight.
Upon meeting Shauna, Akmal determined to stay in the island for more days. They both slowly find themselves attracted to each other. She was queried by her mother (Mariyam Shakeela) when she returns home late. Minha struggles to sort out her life with her irresponsible husband who depends on her family.
Mauroof returns home drunk and pronounced Minha divorced thrice. Shauna and Akmal starts dating while Akmal tries to get intimate with her.
Mauroof differs to accept the fact that he divorced Minha. Nazim questions the integrity of his colleague, Jihad (Ali Shazleem) whom he suspects is involved in a scam. Akmal was frustrated when Shauna refused to get intimate with him.
Azim delivers a bouquet of flowers to Minha's house. Mauroof storms off perceiving it as an affair but later manipulates Minha to agree for Azim's proposal since he is a wealthy businessman. Antipathetic, Shauna goes to Akmal's house where a physical relationship builds between them.
Shauna's affair was exposed to her over-strict mother and was confined from leaving the house. Jihad calls Nazim to urgently visit him at office to receive some documents. Haanim decided to go instead of Nazim and he was attacked by a gang.
One of the gang members, Mahmood (Rifshan Mohamed) torments Hanim for not revealing the passcode of suitcase. When the group was high on drugs, Hanim narrowly escaped the building while the group followed him by the trail of blood. Concerned about his status, Azim and Ganim drove looking for him on the road before a member from the same gang, Munthasir (Abdullah Shafiu Ibrahim) stabbed Hanim to death in front of their eyes.
The whole family was traumatized on hearing the news of grief.
Azim and Ganim went to crime scene seeking help from the public. A witness, Satthar (Satthar Ibrahim Manik) who went through a similar situation agreed to give his statement in the court as a witness.
Nazim suspects Jihad's involvement in the brutal murder and shares the lead with police inspector Shaheem (Hamdhoon Farooq). Shauna's parents arranged her marriage to Manik (Jadulla Ismail) despite her disapproval.
Nazim and Ganim struggles to gather evidence since no civilians agreed to present himself as a witness and none of the CCTV camera placed in the area seems to be working
Nazim found several photos taken at the crime scene by a mentally unstable person, Huzam, who secretly took the pictures perceiving it as film shoot.
Mauroof texts Azim disguised as Minha and arranges a date night with him.
Azim confessed his love for Minha while Minha reveals that she is observing an iddah and has a daughter from her previous marriage. Mahmood, hailed from a political family was released from investigation citing no adequate evidence of his involvement in crime. Shauna discovers that she is pregnant to a child of Akmal.
Mahmood proved to Azim that he will never succeed in acquiring any evidence against him. Akmal agreed to meet Shauna one last time.
Nazim receives a phone call tipping off a person, Hameem, having a cctv camera footage of Haanim's assault. Hameem refused to admit of having any knowledge of the matter. Shauna discloses her pregnancy to Akmal who had a hard time accepting it.
Mauroof promised he would restrain from taking drugs, if Minha provides him with a peaceful life. Shauna exposed the truth to her tensed parents.
Akmal refused to own up to his sin. Azim notices Minha lying regarding her relationship with Mauroof; they are not been separated but living together.
Sheeza visits Mahmood seeking answers to all her unresolved questions.
Tension builds up with Munthasir on hearing the news of Mahmood's arrest. He plans to elope with his fiance, Saha (Irufana Ibrahim).
Mahmood admits to his crime but reveals no further names. Nazim received a call from Hameem.
Hameem agrees to share the CCTV camera footage on a condition that his identity remain disclosed and his family is ensured of protection. Furious of the injustice system, Ghanim decides to avenge his brother's death on his own. After several hours, Ghanim returns back home while being physically injured. Before he can regain his consciousness the family is unexpectedly visited by a policeman.
The policeman came to fetch the cctv footage and Ghanim's injury was revealed to be caused due to an accident while chasing the suspects. Shauna's pregnancy rumors were spread in the island by her closest friend. Jihad was arrested though he differed to accept the charges.
Azim proposed to marry Minha. Upon hearing the conversation between her parents regarding the humiliation they caused, Shauna decides to kill herself.
Zubeydha and Zareer were able to save Shauna on time however she suffered a miscarriage. Azim divulged his plans to marry a girl. Munthasir, disguised as a woman in a veil was sneaking off with his girlfriend when he bumps off to Mauroof and accidentally drops his identity card.
In public Shauna repudiate all claims associated with her pregnancy and exposed the affair of her soon-to-be-married best friend with proofs from a male friend.
Minha identified Munthasir as the suspect of Haanim's murder case and hands it over to Azim. Akmal reminisces about his moments together with Shauna and calls her to express his growing affection towards her.
Nazim receives a call from a woman, Zoya (Nashidha Mohamed) who seems to obsessed over him. Jihad reveals that Nazim is an adopted child of Hassan (Roanu Hassan Manik) and Maariya (Arifa Ibrahim) while his real father is behind the assault. Upon questioning them, Hassan disclosed his identity that they accepted him as their own, when Maariya was unable to conceive a baby at that time and his father remains unknown till date.
Nazim and Ghanim go to an island searching for Nazim's birth mother, Khadheeja. They reside in the same house where Zareer and his family was staying. Nazim instantly starts liking Shauna on seeing her. Hassan and Maariya express their discomfort regarding Azim marrying Minha; a divorcee with a son.
Sympathized about Minha's situation, Hassan and Maariya changed their mind and accorded to Azim's marriage plans. Azim, unaware of their changed beliefs, insisted Minha to move on with her life since he cannot marry one without his parent's disapproval.
Minha's father furious about Mauroof's plan expressed his exasperation of Minha mingling with Azim. Shauna and Nazim start spending more time together.
Maariya eavesdropped Akmal admitting to his crime over a phone call. Hassan unveiled the identity of Nazim when Akmal confessed to his sin.
While returning after bidding farewell to Shauna, Nazim bumps into an elderly woman, (Mariyam Haleem) who later was known to be Khadheeja; his birth mother.
Khadheeja imparted that she was raped by a traveler while she was fourteen years old. Hence she gave away Nazim to an infertile couple believing she cannot raise him into good health. The identity of his father however still remain mysterious. Ghanim flirts with Saha.
Akmal comes to Shauna's house begging for her family's forgiveness. In a conversation with Saha, Ghanim highlighted about Hanim's mother and claimed that he never will rest unless the accused are proven to be guilty. Khadheeja mentioned that Nazim's father has a birthmark on his hand as similar to Nazim's.
Akmal asked Shauna to return to him which she politely declines. Enraged he publicized their illegitimate affair which Shauna spurning the events as rumors and Akmal's wild imagination.
Akmal was shocked to see the courageous side of Shauna's and decided to win her back in time. Akmal attacked Manik when he sees two of them together but Shauna proudly addressed Manik as his fiance enraging Akmal.
Akmal conspires to break Shauna's wedding by exposing her pregnancy to Manik. Mauroof and Minha ploys a drama ans succeeds in earning 3 lakhs from Azim needed to practice Nikah halala. Minha is startled to witness Azim's commitment and sacrifice to her.
Akmal shows at Zubeydha's house and apologizes to her while owning up to sin which she mockingly rejects. However, he desperately tries to woo Shauna again but she state that her feelings for him has died long back. Mauroof spends the money on drugs.
Nazim buys a house for Khadheeja and promises that she will no longer have to suffer. Manik and Shauna's wedding date is being fixed. Minha confesses her guilty feelings for Azim's sacrifices and mentions that she can never be detached from Mauroof. On their way back to Male', Nazim and Ghanim visits Shaun's house and her parents accept them as guests for five days.
Zubeydha and Zareer concerns about the fate of Shauna's relationship with both Nazim and Manik. Mary is instantly attracted to Nazim but gets envious when she discovers that Nazim is meeting Shauna. Sheeza decides to gift away Hanim's clothes to help her evade from the indelible memories.
Manik reveals that Nazim helped him during his childhood at his downfall and is forever indebted to him. Nazim goes to propose to Shauna but is heartbroken when he realizes that Shauna is already engaged to Manik.
Akmal calls Nazim a "bastard" when his family repudiated to help in Shauna's case. Nazim tries to confess his love for Shauna on several occasions but fails. Manik insists Nazim to stay for his wedding.
Both Nazim and Shauna find themselves attracted towards each other but defies to confess. Suha shares her intention on marrying Ghanim to Munthasir.
Hassan calls Zareer requesting for Akmal and Shauna's marriage though ends up Akmal threatening Zareer if he did not comply with his request. Shauna reveals her affection towards Nazim to her helpless mother but promises to marry Manik for her parent's happiness. On the day before her marriage, Shauna confesses her love for Nazim while Manik eavesdropped the whole conversation. Nazim leaves saying it is too late for now.
Manik calls off the wedding. A dispute between Akmal and his family leads to Hassan being admitted at hospital.
Nazim officially initiates a romantic relationship with Shauna with her parents' approval. Hassan slowly recovers while Sheeza is disheartened with what Akmal said.
Zubeydha advises Shauna on never to reveal her past secret to Nazim. However, Mariyam warns her that Nazim will soon discover her "dirty secret". Mauroof sends one of his friends to legitimate their marriage.
Ganim breaks the news of Nazim's marriage plans to the family. Sheeza reveals her intention of moving out from their house after the marriage which daunts Maariya.
Nazim buys an apartment in Male' for Shauna and her family. Akmal goes to Shauna's island and is furious to know they are gone. He desperately searches for her whereabouts and information about her fiance.
A family dinner gathering is hosted at Nazim's house to introduce Shauna, Saha and Minha to the family. The wedding plans for the three siblings are discussed in the gathering.
Shauna and her parents visit Nazim's parents and the two families bond with peppy talks.
The three siblings marry their partners and plan to spend their honeymoon at Bandos. However, both Minha and Azim are unable to join the rest when Mauroof calls and inform that her son is badly injured in a minor incident.
Minha refuses to have sex with Mauroof, post her marriage with Azim. Both Nazim and Ganim spend their honeymoon with their respective wives while Azim spends the night all alone.
Saha complains that the room they moved in is much smaller than she expects. The family decides to request the jury for death penalty on the accused for Hanim's murder.
Saha tries to brainwash Ghanim into plead the accused for going against retributive justice. She later challenges Shauna that she will never receive the love from Nazim's family that she yearns for.
