I apologize for the shaky video as I was trying to get the snake to rattle for the camera. One of the big misconceptions is that rattlesnakes will always rattle. The truth is, many times they will not rattle at all. It's best to wear snake boots when out exploring or hiking in areas with Rattlesnakes. We never kill or harm the animals we come across in the wild. This snake will live to see another day.
