The first day of the new year in Güzelköy... Gül is having a hard time because she strained her foot at the New Year’s ball. Kaan tells Gül she needs to see a doctor. Gül says she’s fine and that Cemal has helped her recover, but when she can’t take it anymore, Cemal has no choice but to take her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Bünyamin is distraught because Niyazi won the firepiece in the raffle, and he wants to see a doctor. When the task of taking Bünyamin to the doctor falls to Kaan, Kaan and Gül run into each other at the hospital. Kamuran is up to something! While Hüsnü and Yusuf’s plans to marry Kamuran and Cemal are underway, Kamuran comes up with a scheme. Through this scheme, Kamuran will corner Cemal. Unaware of what’s to come, Cemal is making plans to marry Gül.
Güzelköy'de yeni yılın ilk günü... Gül yılbaşı balosunda ayağını zorladığı için zorlanmaktadır. Kaan, Gül'ün doktora gitmesinin gerekli olduğunu söyler. Gül, iyi olduğunu ve Cemal'in kendisini iyleştirdiğini söyler ancak dayanamaz duruma gelince Cemal onu hastaneye götürmek zorunda kalır. Öte yandan ateş parçasını çekilişte Niyazi'ye kaptırdığı için Bünyamin’in psikolojisi bozulmuştur ve doktora gitmek ister.Bünyamin'i doktora götürme işi Kaan'a düşünce, Kaan ve Gül hastanede karşı karşıya gelir. Kamuran oyun peşinde! Hüsnü ve Yusuf'un Kamuran ile Cemal'i evlendirme planları sürerken, Kamuran'ın aklına bir oyun gelir. Kamuran bu oyun sayesinde Cemal'i köşeye sıkıştıracaktır. Cemal ise başına geleceklerden habersiz Gül ile evlenme planları yapmaktadır.

Kaan diz a Gül que ela precisa consultar um médico. Gül diz que está bem e que Cemal a ajudou a se recuperar, mas, quando ela não aguenta mais a dor, Cemal não tem outra escolha a não ser levá-la ao hospital. Enquanto isso, Bünyamin está arrasado porque Niyazi ganhou a lareira no sorteio, e ele quer consultar um médico. Quando a tarefa de levar Bünyamin ao médico fica a cargo de Kaan, Kaan e Gül acabam se encontrando no hospital. Kamuran está aprontando alguma coisa! Enquanto os planos de Hüsnü e Yusuf para casar Kamuran e Cemal estão em andamento, Kamuran inventa um plano. Com esse plano, Kamuran colocará Cemal contra a parede. Sem imaginar o que está por vir, Cemal está fazendo planos para se casar com Gül.
