Blazin' Bill the Monster Truck and his friends Anna the Robot, Bubble the Robot, Weston the Tractor, and Toby the Garbage Truck watch the vacuum robot vacuuming the kitchen. Bubble gets scared by the vacuum and goes to another room where the prototype shrink machine is. Their friend Robo-J5 calls them and tells them not to touch the device, but it's too late! The shrink machine is on, and it shrinks the toys! Now they have to find the way to get back to the normal size!
