Cemre Çelebi'nin kendisine sunduğu kliniğe kapatılma veya Çelebi ile eve dönme teklifini kabul etmemeye kararlıdır. Çelebi'ye karşı birlikte mücadele eden Ozan, Ömer, Rüya ve Cemre, umut ışığını hiç beklemedikleri bir isimde bulurlar. Yaşanan tüm zorlukların içinde Ömer, Rüya'nın kendisine yapacağı tatlı sürprizden habersizdir. Beklenmedik ismin yardım etmesiyle Cemre'nin makus talihi dönmeye başlar.
Cemre is determined not to accept Çelebi's offer to either be close to the clinic or to return home with him. Ozan, Ömer, Rüya and Cemre, who fight together against Çelebi, find the light of hope in a name they never expected. In all the difficulties, Ömer is unaware of Rüya's sweet surprise to him. Cemre's bad luck begins to turn with the help of the unexpected name.
