تیمور که به خاطر خرده دزدیهایش به زندان افتاده، پس از آزادی درمییابد که مادرش با فردی به نام مبارکی ازدواج کرده است. مبارکی، که فرد خسیسی است، تلاش میکند تا همه چیز را مجانی بهدستآورد، حتی شده با گدایی! تیمور و دوستانش نیز که از بیپولی و بیکاری رنج میبرند، نقشه سرقتی را طرحریزی میکنند.
